The full-text screening was completed in April 2024. Data extraction commenced in April 2024. Data analysis and paper drafting will be conducted from May 2024 to July 2024.
The potential value of AI medical devices is well recognized, and numerous studies have been published recently relating to model development and evaluation [30,31]. Although AI medical devices show promise, there are still barriers to their deployment at scale.
