We examined all contexts along the data pipeline, from population-level breast cancer screening to diagnostic biopsies and surgical treatments, clinical pathology, and specimen accessioning through the biobanking platform, where it may be stored for future use in –80 °C freezers or distributed fresh for next-generation biobanking applications such as patient-derived organoids, multi-omics, and high-throughput testing.

f SPIN: Social Phobia Inventory.
g WSAS: Work and Social Adjustment Scale.
h GCSE: General Certificate of Secondary Education.

The formula for determining the minimum sample size for a DCE [47] was based on the thumb rule of Johnson and Orme [50]: N≥500 c/ta, where c is the maximum number of levels containing the attribute, t is the number of option sets, and a is the number of options in each option set (including the exit option) [51]. In this experiment, c=5, t=24, and a=3. Calculating the sample size according to the above formula gives a minimum sample size of 312 for this experiment.
