Cancer is one of the main causes of death in Europe and worldwide, after cardiovascular diseases. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), cancer is the second leading cause of death and morbidity in Europe, with more than 3.7 million new cases and 1.9 million deaths each year [1].

The main results of the included studies in each subcomponent are summarized in Textboxes 4 (for social and economic freedoms) and 5 (for clinical freedoms). For 6 of 11 subcomponents, we found mixed results concerning the potential benefits and harms of AI for physician autonomy.

A search of the main online app stores, i Tunes (Apple Inc, Australia) and Google Play (Google Inc, Australia), and a search of digital resources using the Google search engine was conducted from October 2023 to November 2023. To avoid a selection bias from personal Google algorithms, search histories were cleared before each search term as per previous recommendations [42].

Each had two main blocks (ie, sequences of 13 and 14 card stimuli, respectively). Of these, 25% were targets, generated pseudorandomly with certain rules: (1) ensuring a roughly even distribution of all match numbers was present across blocks, (2) ensuring match positions were roughly equally distributed across all blocks, and (3) ensuring that two consecutive blocks did not have a target on the same match position.

A consultation process with diverse interest-holder groups to validate and disseminate findings will be included in this review.

The co-occurrence network showed 3 main word clusters representing advertisements, health facilities and providers, and health messages. The advertisements cluster seemed to be the dominant cluster (red shade, Figure 1 A). We examined the correlation of these words further by looking at words that occurred more often together than with other words (Figure 1 B).
