According to Hnatiak et al’s [42] opinion, an additional therapy consisting of the implementation of the tele-RHB program could also improve the severity of OSA or even help with adherence to CPAP therapy. In addition, our comprehensive program, consisting of effective elements of rehabilitation, includes aerobic exercise training [17,18], oropharyngeal training [19], and respiratory muscle training [21], along with recommendations focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior changes [14-16].
