In April 2020, Antibioclic Afrique was adapted from Antibioclic and co-designed to implement COVID-19 guidelines in various West African countries. It was codeveloped by clinicians from Ivory Coast, Gabon, France, Burkina Faso, Senegal, and Mali in partnership with the Antibioclic committee, the African Society for Infectious Diseases (SAPI), and the French Society for Infectious Diseases (SPILF).
