Stakeholder Consensus on an Interdisciplinary Terminology to Enable the Development and Uptake of Medication Adherence Technologies Across Health Systems: Web-Based Real-Time Delphi Study

We aimed to examine (1) the level of agreement on the relevance, clarity, and completeness of the proposed definition of MATech; (2) the level of agreement on the relevance, clarity, and completeness of the proposed framework of attributes; and (3) the stakeholders’ needs and requirements regarding MATech description. An international interdisciplinary steering committee (SC) was formed by 11 ENABLE members to guide the development of the terminology and repository.

Assessment of Health System Readiness and Quality of Dementia Services in Peru: Protocol for a Qualitative Study With Stakeholder Interviews and Documentation Review

Assessment of Health System Readiness and Quality of Dementia Services in Peru: Protocol for a Qualitative Study With Stakeholder Interviews and Documentation Review

The 10/66 Dementia Research Group study [25] highlights the high cost of dementia for health systems and the negative mental health impacts on women in LMICs, who are often primary caregivers for people with dementia [26]. This underscores the need for further research on dementia diagnosis and care in LMICs and for directing it effectively toward impactful decision-making.

Patient Experiences With a Mobile Self-Care Solution for Low-Complex Orthopedic Injuries: Mixed Methods Study

At least 1 outpatient follow-up appointment was scheduled at the plaster room or in the outpatient clinic within 2 weeks after the injury for review, extensive information, and definitive management planning. This protocol was derived from the British model of a virtual fracture clinic and adapted to the Dutch health care setting in 2018.

Establishing Syndromic Surveillance of Acute Coronary Syndrome, Myocardial Infarction, and Stroke: Registry Study Based on Routine Data From German Emergency Departments

All of the research described in this manuscript was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Case-based ED data were provided as an anonymized dataset using a prespecified data model for surveillance and research purposes (Notaufnahme-Kerndatensatz (No Ke Da) [13]). The use of routine ED data according to the No Ke Da data format was assessed and approved by the RKI’s data protection officer. We used routinely collected data from EDs provided by the AKTIN registry [2] (Project ID 2022‐001).

Text Messaging Versus Postal Reminders to Improve Participation in a Colorectal Cancer Screening Program: Randomized Controlled Trial

Text Messaging Versus Postal Reminders to Improve Participation in a Colorectal Cancer Screening Program: Randomized Controlled Trial

However, the end point of this study did not require subjective judgment. Individuals randomly assigned to the control group received the standard reminder procedure: a reminder letter 6 weeks after the invitation. Individuals randomly assigned to the intervention group received an SMS text message reminder 6 weeks after the invitation instead of the reminder letter. SMS text messages were bidirectional (enabling 2-way messaging) and fully automated delivery through a platform.
