Cultural Adaptation and User Satisfaction of an Internet-Delivered Cognitive Behavioral Program for Depression and Anxiety Among College Students in Two Latin American Countries: Focus Group Study With Potential Users and a Cross-Sectional Questionnaire Study With Actual Users

We used qualitative (for COREQ [consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative studies], refer to Table S1 in Multimedia Appendix 1) and quantitative mixed methods approaches to analyze cultural sensitivity using a top-down approach based on EVF and CSF and evaluate user satisfaction with the adapted version of the Silver Cloud Health Space from Depression and Anxiety program among university students in Colombia and Mexico.

Effectiveness of a Patient-Centered Assessment With a Solution-Focused Approach (DIALOG-A) in the Routine Care of Colombian Adolescents With Depression and Anxiety: Protocol for a Multicenter Cluster Randomized Controlled Trial

Consequently, less than 12% of adolescents in LMICs such as Colombia receive even minimally adequate treatment, pointing to an issue of both access and quality [10,11]. In Colombia, one of the most relevant barriers to mental health services delivery is a lack of sufficiently trained professionals [12,13]. Where resources are available, they tend to be distributed unevenly, concentrated in large cities, and fail to reach low-income or rural areas.

HIV Surveillance and Research for Migrant Populations: Protocol Integrating Respondent-Driven Sampling, Case Finding, and Medicolegal Services for Venezuelans Living in Colombia

Colombia currently receives the largest number of displaced Venezuelans in the region. As of February 2021, approximately 1.7 million were living in Colombia [17-19]. Treatment for Venezuelans with irregular migrant status, that is, those who have entered the country outside of official or regular migration channels, is not available through the health system with the exception of prenatal care.

Involving End Users in Adapting a Spanish Version of a Web-Based Mental Health Clinic for Young People in Colombia: Exploratory Study Using Participatory Design Methodologies

In 2017, it was estimated that there were only 1003 psychiatrists in Colombia [7] and that 80% of the psychiatrists were situated within major cities, resulting in a treatment gap of more than 50% [8]. Colombia has a very young population (40% of the population is aged below 25 years and 18% of the population is aged between 15 and 24 years) [1].

Comparing a Mobile Decision Support System Versus the Use of Printed Materials for the Implementation of an Evidence-Based Recommendation: Protocol for a Qualitative Evaluation

Comparing a Mobile Decision Support System Versus the Use of Printed Materials for the Implementation of an Evidence-Based Recommendation: Protocol for a Qualitative Evaluation

We will conduct the study in Colombia. To explore the influence of the availability of informatics resources, half of the centers will be in Bogotá, while the other half will be in rural areas. The Bogotá sites will operate in a technology-rich environment that includes the use of clinical information systems and access to the internet during patient visits.

Determination of Anti-Adeno-Associated Viral Vector Neutralizing Antibodies in Patients With Heart Failure in the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia (ANVIAS): Study Protocol

Determination of Anti-Adeno-Associated Viral Vector Neutralizing Antibodies in Patients With Heart Failure in the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia (ANVIAS): Study Protocol

Considering the major impact of CVD on the health care systems of developing countries, we intend to determine the prevalence of anti-AAV vector NAbs for the serotypes AAV1, AAV2, and AAV9 in patients with HF in the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia (FCV) by the in vitro transduction inhibition assay. We will conduct a cross-sectional study to evaluate NAbs against AAV1, AAV2, and AAV9 serotypes in patients with HF at the FCV-HF clinic.
