We will collect data using Expert Lens, an innovative online panel approach with a modified Delphi structure, created by researchers at the RAND Corporation [18,19]. This approach facilitates data collection, replaces traditional face-to-face meetings with anonymous moderated online discussion boards, and automates data collection. The Expert Lens platform can be accessed from any internet-connected device, including mobile devices.

We will be asking patients and caregivers to share their perspectives on the topics covered during the RAM expert interviews and comment on the usability of and suggest modifications to the Expert Lens (EL) system, an online modified Delphi platform that we will use for patient and caregiver engagement. EL is a previously evaluated online modified Delphi system that typically combines two rounds of rating with a round of asynchronous moderated online discussions [30,31].
