Finally, these 2 syntheses of the literature [15,16] focus only on quantitative studies, whereas qualitative studies are also available in the literature. Both qualitative and quantitative studies can make relevant contributions on the components and effects of web-based interventions to promote healthy lifestyles among older adults.
