The purpose of generating MCQs in medical education is for a human expert to assess the students’ skills and knowledge and to evaluate whether they have grasped the nuances of the information presented, aiming for outcomes that are consistent with expert reasoning. The parent item includes the necessary components and embedded possible cognitive models required for this purpose, as it is approved and provided by the expert.

In this paper, we will seek expert consensus using the Delphi methodology to examine Malawi’s COVID-19 digital surveillance response strategy, that is, the use of the following 3 digital tools.
This application extends the existing infrastructure of electronic medical records and implements an electronic integrated disease surveillance and response system to facilitate real-time detection and reporting of notifiable disease cases.

Dimensions and Subcategories of Digital Maturity in General Practice: Qualitative Study
An explorative qualitative research design based on semistructured, guided expert interviews was used to answer the research question. The decision to use a qualitative research design was made against the background of a lack of empirical approaches for determining the dimensions of maturity models. The aim was to examine the understanding of digital maturity independently of existing maturity models.

A developer to health expert ratio of 3:1 is recommended.
Given that 3 in 4 emerging infectious diseases have their origins in animals, it is imperative that technology-enabled solutions for disease prevention and control engage both the human and animal sectors [2]. Epi Hacks therefore require the active engagement of subject matter experts across the human and animal health sectors, including epidemiologists, veterinarians, and health care specialists.

Actionability scores were defined on a Likert scale from “not actionable” (score=1) to “extremely actionable” (score=5) and assigned based on the scorer’s judgement of the considerations assessed and their expert opinion of the dashboard’s fitness for purpose and use. Scores were accompanied by a written statement explaining the rationale behind the response.
