Farming communities have a high risk of health problems [4], including hypertension [5-7]. Hypertension among farmers in Indonesia has reached 36.1% [8]. Our previous study found that the incidence of hypertension among farmers in agricultural areas was 35.8% [9]. This shows the magnitude of the problem of hypertension among farmers, and there is a need for the management of care using an agricultural health nursing (agronursing) approach to realize the health status of farmers.
