Participants: Studies with medical students in the clinical cycle or an internship, surgical residents with no restriction on year of residency, medical staff in general surgery, or general surgery’s medical faculty. Concept: The included studies approached “learning styles” of the target population regardless of the chosen instrument to define it. Context: The eligible studies were those related to the teaching of the population in question, focusing on surgical education in any country.
