Electronic Health Record–Oriented Knowledge Graph System for Collaborative Clinical Decision Support Using Multicenter Fragmented Medical Data: Design and Application Study

For example, in an application concerning unconsidered CKD warnings based on multicenter EHR data, the initiation protocol mandates each local system to ascertain whether a patient possesses kidney function test results but has not undergone nephrology visits. Cognitive Bias Modification Training Targeting Fatigue in Patients With Kidney Disease: Usability Study

The primary aim of this study was to evaluate the CBM training targeting fatigue with patients suffering from CKD and nephrology professionals. The interviews were conducted at 2 developmental stages: the prototype stage (expectations) and after an 8- to 9-week study with CBM training (experiences). With a combination of multiple stakeholder perspectives and developmental stages, we aimed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the CBM training.

Clinical Utility of the OmniGraf Biomarker Panel in the Care of Kidney Transplant Recipients (CLARITY): Protocol for a Prospective, Multisite Observational Study

The targeted sites will include transplant centers and large community nephrology practices with large populations of kidney transplant recipients who fall within the time line of 3 months to 2 years post transplantation. Sites will be limited to 200 participants to limit center effects in our outcomes.

Interventions, Participative Role, Barriers, and Facilitators for Involvement in eHealth Communication for People Undergoing Hemodialysis: Protocol for a Scoping Review

One example of two-way communication is a study evaluating patient and physician perspectives on the key advantages and disadvantages of telephone consultations in a nephrology clinic [19]. Two-way communication might imply the use of computers, mini-computers, and tablets, as well as networks or cloud storage for managing and storing medical records.
